Holistic regulatory therapy
From a naturopathic point of view, the aim of neural therapy is to positively influence certain reflex zones – the so-called Haedschen zones – as well as disturbed functions by means of an injection of an anesthetic (e.g. with procaine). The anesthetic should help to positively influence the autonomic nervous system and interference fields. The process is also known as »wheeling« .
Since these active ingredients are subject to prescription, the therapy is carried out by naturopathically trained doctors. Neural therapy is used in our orthopedic practice at Prenzlauer Berg for the following diseases, among others:
- Tennis elbow
- Cervical spine syndrome
- Cervicocephalgia
- Shoulder joint pain
- Knee joint problems
The costs for this treatment are not covered by the statutory health insurance companies.
